ITER:
No Meeting of the Minds on Fusion Megaproject

CAMBRIDGE, U.K.--Half of the partners behind the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor have insisted that ITER be sited in Japan and the other half are backing a site in France, putting the signing ceremony on hold and throwing the project into an acrimonious and dangerous limbo.
